Since this PR has become quite big and I am constantly changing single implementations and also the overall structure, I ask for just some high level comments on it. I don't want a line-by-line code review.
It would be enough to have a "user" kind of feedback, on the usability and interpretability of the dashboard and the data in it.

Follow the instructions on the readme file to run the analysis.
Then launch the dashboard python3 demo_dash.py.
