WORKDIR has been changed to $SCXA_WORKFLOW_ROOT/data/work/${workflow} as a part of #37 and #48

Add a new pipeline step to delete $SCXA_WORKFLOW_ROOT/data/work/${workflow} Once the workflow successfully completed, We need to make sure to delete

This can done in process cleanup {, last part of the workflow after the bundle is successfully generated.
