I wonder if the Elbow plot can be added to this Galaxy wrapper?

It would need to be added here first https://github.com/ebi-gene-expression-group/r-seurat-scripts/blob/develop/seurat-plot.R @mthang . If you can contribute such PR (including tests, it would be great).
