Towards saving disk space it could be useful for users to simply run marker genes (and other methods that generate tables) without generating an AnnData file (when you simply want the table, and not the extra hundreds of MBs in the mostly repeated AnnData).

This will be partly sorted in #266 : heavy files will be generated still, but Galaxy won't keep them.
