Currently our merged AnnData object is viewed like this on cellxgene:

it would be nicer if we padded the persplexity and neighbour numbers so that the all show the same number of digits and get properly sorted there.

Issue with padding though is that a perplexity of 001 will look weird, even though ordered. It will look more like a serial number than a perplexity (or number of neighbours for that matter.
