Obtaining a square pixel size

- Open the machine data file config GUI and go to the Scanner Settings page.
- Feed scanner signals to an osciloscope
- Set zoom to 1
- Image an EM grid
- Tweak V/optical degree until you have the largest FOV (command output voltage close to 10 V) and the grid looks square by eye.
- Then use Grid2MicsPerPixel in the measurePSF repo to fine tune the pixel size.
