@tarleb I'm still working on making all of the tests pass. currently figuring out why the draft flag isn't getting considered correctly everywhere |

This PR fixes an issue caused by #82 and #84 being merged in quick succession, where the draft
paper.texwas not put in the right folderThis PR also removes both the draft and publication PDFs from the testing resources, since #82 switched testing from PDF to tex files
