Use `default_codegen` when talking to ServiceX

Minor update that adds a default_codegen to all ServiceX objects so they will use, by default, the proper front-end.

Supporting C++ enums, extra classes, automatic generation

This is a major release of the type libraries

• C++ collections support
• ENum support
• Automatic release

While these should be backward compatible with 1.X, this is a major upgrade in the type libraries.
