Currently this package includes many functions/scripts that shouldn't be there (this is all legacy):

ols monitoring & related scripts probably
pivotal script
private to public
permissions

This (and others) should be removed to leave this as a more pure metadata related module, potentially including later the contents of https://github.com/ebi-gene-expression-group/fgsubs/tree/master/perl
