Review @Disabled tests and fix them

There are some tests in Single Cell Expression Atlas that marked with @Disabled annotation.
These tests are not executed when we run the unit tests.
We need to investigate if we still need these tests.
If yes, then we need to fix them if they are broken.
If not, then we need to remove them to clean the test code.
