Change env.yaml for atlas-schemas-base on next update #36

atlas-schemas-base container is using the env.yaml but this needs to be renamed to templated-conda-env.yaml next time it is updated, so that the CI picks it up. We don't want to create an extra container just for this, so that is why I leave this issue here.
