Return a resource usage summary in atlas-slurm

Return a resource usage summary, as in the end of logs for atlas-lsf. In LSF, the summary displays the info below. If not displayed, I think all the info can be accessed via sacct (maybe specifying --long or manually adding the equivalent fields (reference here). CPU time, Max Memory, Average Memory, Total Requested Memory, Delta Memory, Max Swap, Max Processes, Max Threads, Run time, Turnaround time
