README for Kannel membox

Membox is a Kannel box oriented at high-performance injection of MT messages into Kannel.

To achieve this, a shared memory queue is implemented. Client applications write to this
queue using shared memory. The box reads those messages and inject them into bearerbox,
thus reducing the need to implement a threaded client to achieve similar results using
the sendsms interface. It also avoid the neeed to deploy an SQL instance (aka sqlbox)
for MT injection.
