Rev 1.1 - De-duplicate, Improve Access, Facilitate Use

Task List for Rev 1.1 Included:

• Explain Methodology
• Quick-fix for duplicates caused by newline characters (not a full fix, more of a temporary patch)
• Compress the Files(LZMA-Zip, tar.gz, tar.xz)
• Remove huge files that made the Repository hard to clone or download
