It's been a long time since a release, but I figured it was worth making one since there are some good fixes in, including:
- removing the obsolete times package
- fixing various margin and float placement issues
- adding the Impact Statement section
- resetting the mathcal font
- fixing some document link targets
Thank you to everyone who contributed a fix or raised an issue. There are still a few things on the list for me to get around to.
