Ignore gnu-zero-variadic-macro-arguments for clang because "VA_ARGS" is a GNU extension, not part of the standard C language.

To eliminate the warning for gnu-zero-variadic-macro-arguments,
add an argument for the variadic macro argument in the
TYPED_TEST_CASE macro call.
Ignore gnu-zero-variadic-macro-arguments for clang because
"__VA_ARGS__" is a GNU extension, not part of the standard
C language.
