Prepended property name for dictionary keys, in
src/NSwag.CodeGeneration.CSharp/Templates/Client.Class.QueryParameter.liquid
Before:
?key1=value1&key2=value2
After:
?propertyDictName.key1=value1&propertyDictName.key2=value2
