Add validation of subject name using endpoint

@jtyoung84 suggested using:

http://aind-metadata-service/subject/{animal_id} as an endpoint.

This would allow us to check if the animal id exists in labtracks and if not, close the session before it even starts acquisition. Alternatively, we could request human intervention (e.g. provide a valid id) before attempting to upload.
