  1. 可否借鉴 xxl-job 或者 nacos的 高可用方案，不再依赖 zookeeper。可以大幅度的降低后端的复杂度。
  2. client若是连不上server将启动不了。在很多场景下，项目交付后规则不大会改，能否支持从 json中直接读取静态的配置。
