I am clicking on the fork but nothing appears except a spinner. Its been like 4 days no luck so far. I there anyonther way to do it.

I tried to fork in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and incognito mode.

Also is it mandatory to do it this way? Can I only clone for now to get started because forking has wasted my 4 days.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue. Forking is a GitHub feature, so you might like to contact their support channels about the trouble you are experiencing. Ideas you could try are logging out and in again, clearing browser cookies/cache, stop any ad/script blockers you might be running.

In general, you should only fork a repository, if you are intending to contribute back to that repository. Since that is not the case with the repository used in FSND, cloning them is actually a better option, in my opinion.

After you have cloned locally, you can always create a copy in your GitHub account.

I did contact them but no response from there. Secondly, I tried with safari, firefox, and chrome and tried even in the incognito mode. And I found out that this is not the problem with this repo only. The Github forking Spoon-Knife is not working as well.

I turned off add blockers and cleared the browsing cached data. Still, I don't understand what is the problem.

What I just did was cloning. So at least I can start working instead of wasting any more time on this. But thank you for clarifying that I should just clone
