Site specific browsers quit with BLEUnlock interactions on Sequoia

I have a few apps (like X/Twitter, Google Chat etc.) which are the "Add to Dock" web clip or site specific browser types, so basically web apps that are wrapped by Safari. With BLEUnlock enabled on Sequoia those apps frequently (but oddly not every time) quit through lock/unlock cycles. Without BLEUnlock enabled the apps run through many locks/unlocks over months. So this is somehow related to BLEUnlock on Sequoia (not sure if it happens on other OSX versions since I just started with BLEUnlock on Sequoia).

Other regular apps (mail, messages, notes, IntelliJ) remain running as expected.

Any ideas?
