When we browse through our assets, we currently lack the necessary features of a collection or taxonomy system. We have several blueprint fields, such as title, copyright data, and sharing flags, which we believe should be included in the asset browser for a quick overview. These fields are crucial for selecting images that have the correct permissions for our articles.
Additionally, it would be ideal if we could create custom views with field filters to narrow down the assets based on specific criteria. For example, we might want to have views like "Shareable," "From partner xxx," "My images," or something similar.
In essence, what I'm requesting is to have the functionality of the collections data-table view replicated in the assets browser when it's in table mode. In grid mode, it seems challenging to present the additional information in a clear and organized manner.
