vue-webpack-boilerplate with bootstrap support

Difference between this fork and the original vue-webpack template:

• Bootstrap integration (3.x or 4.x)
• We make use of bootstrap-loader which supports Bootstrap 3.x and 4.x

Usage

Use it with vue-cli:

vue init qdentity/vue-webpack-bootstrap

Modifying the Bootstrap version

Update the Bootstrap version: bootstrapVersion in template/.bootstraprc
