The NPW has a filter by cloud:

But there's no info on how to set that in the template metadata here:

nor here:

https://www.pulumi.com/docs/pulumi-cloud/developer-portals/new-project-wizard/

It's probably something in here: https://www.pulumi.com/docs/iac/concepts/projects/project-file/#template-options

but even in the reference it's not explicitly documented.

@jkodroff excellent point. This is poorly documented and frankly rather confusing. @sean1588 luckily has some context on that. We will whip up some docs on how this works.
