When I browse https://plotly.com/python/hover-text-and-formatting/#disabling-or-customizing-hover-of-columns-in-plotly-express from a link, the header itself is obscured by the top sticky bar. There's some JS in there somewhere which smooth-scrolls and does an offset when clicking from the side-nar but it doesn't seem to kick in on initial page-load from a link. Let's try to fix this!
