annotation numbers not matching for taxa, publications #43

The number of taxa and number of publications shown in the "current release" info box on upper right and the facetted browsing tabs don't match. For example, current release info has 212 publications but 210 in the tab. Accroding to Jim, difference might be due to two publications not having annotations, or not having annotated data for certain taxa

In the new build, there's again this difference in counts shown in the browsing tabs vs. upper right box.
