Remove docker hub references

In reviewing #304 lots of demos surfaced that are not supported, i.e., are not built/tested but that still have a docker hub image available. This issue is to suggest changing that (i.e., removing the docker hub link and image) such as to not mislead people about the support status and avoid them using outdated docker images.
