Resolve Login Redirect Inconsistency

Description

Resolves an issue where the next url was not being used or properly retrieved during the login flow.

How Has This Been Tested?

We run this in our K8s environment and testing using the Google OAuth flow and made sure that if we were not logged in and used a chat share link, we were properly redirected after logging in.
