multiple behav boards / alternative output trigger hardware

I am unsure if we have enough digital inputs/outputs on one Harp board. We could consider syncing 2 if it was easy. Alternatively we could add other outputs on arduinos (probably preferable) if we had a way to timestamp/log them in harp time.
