Fence resource types on document search dropdown

On the My Document page, there is a search widget with a drop down for filtering the search. One of the filter fields is Resource Type and is itself also a dropdown. Limit the resource types of the drop down to the exposed types only (currently, Document) and name them correctly. We are finding these resource type lists all over the place and possibly we should have a mechanism to update them all when new types are added or resurrected.
