There is a 'shareable' option that owners can give to groups/users that they share with, but that may not make sense, depending on the definition of 'shareable'.
Currently 'managing access' allows one to view, edit, or own the document. What are the consequences of our definition of sharing for this feature?
Change Sharing status section to something like “Document Visibility”? self (owner), trustees, professionals
Is the concept of authorship important in MyHPOM - if not, columns and fields referencing the author could be removed. If so, we could document some scenarios for users so that we are sure to include it for new features where appropriate.
