If a room has a community in its list of related communities, and a user has the same community in their list of public community memberships, the community's icon (flair) should be displayed next to their displayname in the room timeline view. This is more important now, because many bridges like the IRC bridges hosted by matrix.org, or for example the mautrix-telegram bridge, are now using this method to identify bridged users (instead of adding a suffix to the displayname), so if the flair is not visible in nheko then it's not immediately visible if a user is a bridged user or a real Matrix user.
