Describe the bug
After logging in to the Mozilla VPN client, I automatically get logged out within one hour and see an "Authentication error" red band.
I can connect to VPN servers and keep connected for some time (the longest I've stayed connected is 55 minutes). I get disconnected when the problem occurs but I don't need be connected to VPN in order for the problem to occur. Keeping the client running (without connecting to VPN) for some is enought to get logged out.
Resetting the app did not help.
VPN version:
2.22.1
Affected Platforms:
Windows 11
Additional notes:
I'm a localizer and this VPN account was provided by Mozilla. I'm willing to share the account email if needed.
This started happening around 10 days ago. The following changes might be related to the issue:
This account has recently been renewed.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the client.
I've replaced my router. The new router has IPv6 support.
