“Data collection” toggle has UI issues after quitting and reopening the app #9574

Important details:

The issue is reproducible on previous versions as well.

Version/build found in:

2.23.0 (2.202405160650);

Reproducible on:

All;

Prerequisites:

Have Mozilla VPN installed and open;
Have an account with an active subscription
Be signed in
Be in the 1st post onboarding screen;

Steps to reproduce:

Switch the “Share technical data” toggle to ON
Quit and reopen the app;
Observe the toggle.

Expected result:

The toggle button has no issue when the app is reopened.

Actual result:

The toggle button seems to slide from OFF to ON.
