I noticed that

Italienisch 🤌🏻

gives a grammar error for the emoji. This seems to affect composite emojis (whatever the official term is) like "🫱🏻‍🫲🏼", but not the basic ones.

The issue is present in German, but not in English. It affects the version currently live on languagetool.org.
