Description

The action heading on every datagrid is not properly aligned. It currently appears misplaced, which disrupts the visual hierarchy of the interface. The heading should be aligned to the center-left for consistency and better user experience.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any page with a datagrid.
2. Observe the position of the action heading in the datagrid.
3. Note that the alignment does not match the expected center-left positioning.

Expected Result

The action heading should be positioned center-left on all datagrids to maintain consistency and professionalism.

Actual Result

The action heading is not aligned correctly, leading to a misaligned appearance.
