Hi there. Thanks for posting the raw .AI file that appears to have all the proper dimensions including the PCB hole locations.
Unfortunately, I do not have access to Adobe Illustrator, and am limited to Inkscape. While Inkscape can import .AI files, it seems it is not recognizing the layers in the .AI file, and instead I get one layer which is all of the other layers merged into 1, making it difficult and impractical to actually work with.
If it's not too much trouble, I would greatly appreciate an SVG exported from Illustrator that still has individual named layers preserved, for those of us that don't have access to Illustrator.

I tried following this solution in the inkscape forums which had me look at the objects present instead of the layers, but I'm just seeing a bunch of different individual paths. https://inkscape.org/forums/questions/preserve-layers-when-importing-ai-files/
