Similar layering for mouse ?

Like we can do layering with keyboard input. Are there similar software that can do layering and other similar actions where single click will act same but click-hold will shift into different layer for other mouse input.

enhance both and it may does what you want.

also I believe kanata itself can intercept mouse clicks, but I never tried.
