因為export之後自動加了單引號就算指定數字
不能加總處理
如何能指定某欄位去除單引號如不能指定全刪除的方式也可以

暫時在rows迴圈用指定浮點型態輸出有變純數字
$row['totalcost'] = floatval($row['totalcost']);
