CI/CD for the project

To automate the verification process of new PRs and discussion I think github actions should be added.

I would propose these actions

• Verify that the project compiles
  • Verify that NRF53 build compiles
  • Verify that posix build compiles
  • Here is a draft I made.
• Verify DRC checks
  • See this draft
  • Note: Current DRC errors due to migration to Kicad 7 would have to be fixed.
• Create Kicad diff on PR
  • See this draft.

The actions for kicad that I tested are really easy to use. I found out this docker repo and utilities which are really awesome

Wanted to add this stuff for a while, but proritized FW development :p
