Hi. I have installed Agent DVR, but when I try to connect I get a message asking for "Authenticator code" that I don't know how to get it.

that means you've setup 2 factor authentication using the account menu - you'll need to check a 2FA app on your mobile device for a code for ispyconnect

check that you're logging into the right account - enabling 2FA isn't something that can happen by accident (you need to enter a 2FA code to enable it) so if it's on that means someone has set it up on your account or you're signing into the wrong account.
