We are using the CCFv2 for all our applications at IBL.

Download the new atlas and look at discrepancies between the two.
Depending on how different they are (new regions / different volumes) we'll go with either new BrainRegions / BrainAtlases objects or a way to "patch" the regions and volumes on demand.
