Change files into iblsorter collection

Todo list TBD -- impact on AWS, symlinks, open/public Alyx

Previous TODOS

699 insertions have been updated with the latest spike sorting, but only on the internal alyx database.
These should be released prior to the publication of the BW paper (deadline end Sept 2024). Project https://github.com/int-brain-lab/project_registration/issues/32

  • Read after write on Parede
  • White paper data
  • White paper spike sorting
  • : Action items from taskforce
  • Run and review the GLM notebook - merge encoding-revisions branch into develop
  • Publish spike sorting white papers on figshare
  • Publish data white paper on figshare
  • Viz site: make sure the default landing page is the default dataset. Leave the option to look at the older one.
  • https://viz.internationalbrainlab.org/: update numbers
  • Change iblenv page accordingly (numbers + data release update)
  • Move new spike sorting to the iblsort folder
  • Release ONE
  • set QC of raw ephys data according to spreadsheet - alyx dataset qc field and sign-off note
  • Merge develop into main
  • Final read after write
  • send update to external users via email
  • Possibly send a message on X, indicating the changes to the spike sorting for advertisement (if white paper is ready and on Figshare)

Release into folder iblsorter

  • Keep data in original folder for NP course datasets
  • Warn users that service may be unavailable for couple hours when doing the transfer
