If BLEManager is started in legacy mode (forceLegacy=true), the filtering by serviceUUIDs in scan does not work.
However, docs says only that "On Android the filter works only for 5.0 or newer". Should it be clarified here that forceLegacy=true implies lower-than-5 version? Is my suggestion correct? @marcosinigaglia
