Describe your problem

Why are all the error messages returned when my workflow retrieves the database? Is there a problem with my workflow setup?the agent is no problem.1.2png
Also, I've noticed that the answer generation module in the template has a key, but the one I added does not have a key.3.4png

can you help me to check my agent ? is it right?
because i chat with database directly is right,but in workflow is false
