Resizing columns with rtl document

Describe the bug

Resizing columns behavior when your document direction is rtl doesn't work as expected

To Reproduce

1. Set document direction to "rtl"
2. enable column resizing
3. resize columns

Expected behavior
Columns will be resized towards the direction that the mouse is moving

• OS: windows
• Browser: chrome
• Version: 128.0.6613.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I managed to fix the bug with changing just a few lines and would like to implement it
