Gatsby failing at step Building production javascript and css during version upgrade

Previously in my project I was using the Gatsby version 4.1.1 in which I was able to build the Gatsby page but when I tried to upgrade it to version 4.20.0 for node 20 support the build is getting failed for production javascript and css and not showing any specific error I also tried to find the root cause of this error then I found out that till version 4.6.0 it is working fine but after upgrading it to version 4.6.1 it started to make Gatsby build fail for production javascript and css
