Jumper JP1 / rJP1 Usage Not Mentioned in Build Guide #269

What is the purpose of these jumpers at JP1 and rJP1? Do I need to solder these to use the 6th column?

The build guide makes no mention of JP1 or what to do with it.

Any guidance would be appreciated!

You don't need anything to use the 6th column. It's for the 5th column.
