[NFC Magic] Add support for magic NTAG21X cards

it can be set to different modes to emulate different cards, including EV1 support etc. So this is a very versatile NTAG card. support for this card would be very welcome.

it can be written by a proxmark. Not sure if converting the code from the lua script in the article is an easy task.

The lua script was written by Iceman, who is a well know person in the nfc world.
