2. … Unzip in a folder (c:\foxbin2prg)
3. … Follow the instructions to DO ReCreate_FoxBin2Prg.prg (which usually would not include .prg)

Further reading shows .db2 is an output file. I removed it and re-ran DO ReCreate_FoxBin2Prg and no error.
